SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed Sunday – Wednesday after 9 am will be shipped out the following day. Orders placed Thursday after 9 am – Sunday evening will be shipped on Monday in the order they were received.
Shipping times can vary based on the distance the shipment has to travel. Please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email to track when your order will arrive.
All sales are final after an order is placed. If you want to add to your order, we might need to place the additions as a second order, incurring additional shipping charges.
* There are no refunds, only exchanges.
* Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery to ensure that it is in satisfactory condition. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online order, OrganiLip will accept items for exchange within 15 days of purchase.
* Items must be returned in original packaging.
* Sale items are non-returnable.
* Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please allow three weeks for the processing of your exchange once we receive it.
* Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a credit notification by email.
* We cannot refund shipping or handling charges on exchanged items.
*Please send exchange items through an insured courier (Fedex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). OrganiLip is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or mishandled. Items bought in stores may not be returned toOrganiLip.com as items bought on line may not be returned at stores carryingOrganiLip products.
To exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization.
Once the email has received and the return has been authorized, pack and securely seal the merchandise in its original packaging and send the package to the following address:
